I have a . 860" X 7" board to depanel, with the some component diameter
coming right to the edge of the scored lines, they touch while they are still
paneled. There doesn't seem to be an "off the shelf" deplanelling tool to
suit the application.
Any one had a situation like this that is willing to share some insight as to
how to make a tool, or guide lines of do's and don'ts? Can the board be
"punched" or "sheared" without over stressing?

I would like to add that I am in a tool shop and this is for a customer, just
looking to do a quality job for them.

Best of luck to all,
Kevin Willis
