Hello TechNet:
First of all I will not be online tomorrow since I have to go to Lake Erie
Walleye fishing.

Question??
0201 Technology.
1. What advantages/disadvantages have you all experienced?
2. If you have mixed technology CCAs involved, is 0201 practical?
3. What type products have you used them on?
4. Is there huge capital involved if you are at 0402 technology? The
reason I ask this is I think the split placement and reels are at 0402, then
other feeders and other things may be involved.
5. My design guys are thinking seriously about going to 0201s to gain
space. Is this a good thing? Can you gain more by going to micro vias and
eliminate test pads/points?

All this is going to or not going to happen rather fast. Any help,
debating, or advice . . . etc. . . . would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks (Think Walleye limit)
