The best, modern, books are not cheap. Vol 2 of Ross' A Comprehensive Guide to the
Design and Manufacture of Printed Board Assemblies (Electrochemical Publications Ltd)
is modern and expensive but may help you. Why not borrow it from a public library? Do
not consult any books more than 5 - 10 years old as the technology has changed.
