Technetters,
Could anyone out there advise where I can find vendors capable of producing pcb
having the following requirements?

1. FR4.
2. 4 layers.
3. 4 OZ copper at its two outside layers.
4. can meet 130degC UL requirements.
5. pcb having gold fingers.
6. factory located at either mainland China or the Philippines.
