Something you might be able to do without buying anything - if you have a computer
scanner already, that is. All you do is put the DUFF board (ie. one that doesn't
mind eating a bit of static) face down on your computer scanner and scan it in. The
quality of the image depends on the distance of the part being scanned from the
glass, and whether or not the scanner is "3D" or not. Most nowdays are, and cost
about 100 quid. They plug in your parallel port, so you don't need the latest in
dodgy plug and pray USB equipment (unless you're running Macs, in which case USB
will probably do just fine).
