Geoff, Jean-François,

In addition to the ones you quoted, the latest Electrochemical Pubs one is very
complete, but big, heavy and expensive. It is "A Comprehensive Guide to the Design and
Manufacture of Printed Board Assemblies", edited by W.M. Ross about 1,800 pages
altogether, in 2 volumes. It covers just about everything and is up-to-date.

Some of the books that others have suggested are quite old. This does not make them
useless, but technology has advanced since the 1970/80s.
