Nice try but I know why Mr. Bill is down there. I work in Redmond, Wa and
I'm looking out the window at gray skies, 50 degrees and rain. At least
today it's a warm rain unlike the past six months.

We have been using the same ploy for years here in the Seattle area to try
and keep growth down and it hasn't worked. Try as you may your weather is
the best in the country and everyone knows it. It's Seattle where it's
"blistery, cold, with sleet".
