Lorenzo,
We have used the same brush plating that Wolfgang spoke
of.  But if you have more that 1 or 2, Alchemitron does repair
of this type of board on a bigger scale. You can check their
web page @ http://www.alchemitron.com.  We use them for
subcontract deep gold, etc.  They do great work.
