Monsanto makes a conductive lubricant that was used quite a bit by Bell Labs
years ago.  The material is called OS-124 and is a polyphenyl ether.  It can
be applied via aerosol or by immersion and does not require any curing.  Last
I used it it was distributed through a company called Aviation Fluids.
