Try this site www.asg-jergens.com  we use a electric torque screw driver
with  a screw hopper, assemble 25,000 units a week ( 1 screw per module )
with this setup.

We have a fairly high-volume project coming up that requires us to install
about 30 2-56 screws per unit at final assembly.  Can anyone recommend
sources of automated or semi-automated screw insertion tools?  I'm hoping to
find something that will allow us to preload the tool with the screws to
avoid having the operator hand load screws one at a time.  I'm assuming this
type of tooling is available but since we don't do alot of mechanical
assembly, I don't know of sources.
