Rick,

ASG makes several types of screw feeders. We use two in our final
button-down area (pre shipment)along with air driven screwdrivers. The
"power" screw drivers save an incredible amount of time and wear and tear on
operators wrists. These drivers can be either air or electric driven.

I'll send faxes of catalog pages if needed.

Subject: [TN] Screw Tool Source Needed?

We have a fairly high-volume project coming up that requires us to install
about 30 2-56 screws per unit at final assembly. Can anyone recommend
sources of automated or semi-automated screw insertion tools? I'm hoping to
find something that will allow us to preload the tool with the screws to
avoid having the operator hand load screws one at a time. I'm assuming this
type of tooling is available but since we don't do alot of mechanical
assembly, I don't know of sources.

Thanks for your help,
