Guys,
For small board of the size .5"x2.", we have decided to go for an array
design with tab-routing using .061" router bit.

To separate the individual board, I am planning to use mouse bite on the
middle of the tab line instead of skewed towards board to give straight
edge. This will give me separation in the middle of tab with small
protruding bump which is fine with me.

Can anyone suggest me the size of mouse bite separation strong enough to
sustain regular handling and machine loading for .062" thick board? You can
fax me the drawing at fax # is (408) 490-6859. Also, other suggestions on
separation of individual boards are welcome.

ken patel
