Dear Mr.Nimmo,
I think it is sure that the standard test of Whisker is 50C.
It is because that Whisker fromation is depend on
Sn recrystallization.
However, the organic impurities $B!" (Bthe intermetallics or oxidation
increase the probablity of Whisker fromation.
In this case,it isn't enough only in 50 C test.
Therefore, recently, the 125 C heat cycle test, 95C 95% humidity
test are well done.
