Hi Jim,
For me there is no standard for "cost per placement".
It depends on the machines you use (speed, costs, programming time) , your
overhead costs, etc etc.
Besides; if your costs are for instance 1ct per placement and your customer
wants to pay 2ct your costs per placement will be 2 ct also!
