Hi t're mate !

Yep, yo'amazed, me amused, after Chuck Bauer wrote that article
(which i corrected a bit, which may have bristled Chuck's feathers a bit as
well; very astute fellow; aside the point);
few high mix low volume contractors stirred up and almost woke up,
(the no bubbles sink or add fills patterns are dream to play with :
big dots, with small dots, : a real daisee land : would yo' like to hear a
song Steve? [Inge's on abbatic harmonies])
mind you, there is few i know over there, suppose lay low to preserve
commercial advantage;
which with right programming fellow on time factor is huge = prototypes
within 4 hours.
Cuttin' folks are around , but the time is eternity (livin' like a shrewd
here, hehehe);
ever seen 24 revisions (most genuine evolution) in 12 months (ja,ja,single
P.No!)?

i'm here lucky with our VP, he's always terrified by my notions (me not
exactly the "team" player);
but enjoys the pioneering thrill (rare in med. assy); lets me live on edge .
Mind yo' about every project 'm hearin': "it's yo'..se on line, better fly"
!!!
Soo i do (and after he whinnies about "team players"; whoooof!), ca'n win.

imide problems ? WHAT problems ? ESD ? getin' fits down here any time it
poops-up !
Any enterprising amateur settin' Kodak processin' in corner of his/'er
take-away burger shop knows
how to dissipate runnin' celluloid (so to speak, know it ain't) ,
with much higher charges and much more sensitive/fragile medium,
and here we pro's ponder over "dangerous" wonder ???
Yo' right with blade , that's part one, part two carbon brush
(they make absolute beauts with regulated ionized instreams)
under exit , end of story .
Those carbon bristles should be there anyhooo , prior to p&p.

Spit/spat/swear/grrrr/gonna dig some Urquell from frig ; ciao

Hi ya' buddy!

I'm still amazed at your dispensing processes! I know without a doubt that
you have them down (article in Advanced Packaging a while back about your
place)...I often wonder why we (in the US) have never gone that route? I
suppose "necessity is the mother of invention" has a big part in it. As you
once pointed out, being "down-under" you don't have the luxury of having a
bunch of stencil vendors at your whim...

Still, not having one of them polyimide stencils on hand to see things for
myself, I wonder if it really is as big a problem as what's being portrayed?

I understand that the stencil handles metal squeegees, and if you have your
machine grounded properly, what's the deal?

Maybe someone from K.J. Marketing (if they've ears here) can address this?
