This is where polyimide stencils with appropriate blades come to very much
their own .
(unless yo' dispense, hehehe)
Funny how things go around ....
and those base carbon brushes under exit , please .
That' reminds me ' ll flush a contact on net , don't shoot !

I haven't been following this thread very closely, but.......
Mike can have his stencil back etched where ever there is a lump on the
board from via plugging.  Most stencil manufactures offer this service.
