Brian: You left out the one which is always overlooked > Dupont!!

If Jonathon needs HMP alloys in the 250 -300C region it might be worth contacting them.
Surprisingly, their thick film people have some quite handy hmp solder pastes which are lead
free,
they think of them as high strength solders or low temp brazes and are buried in the back of
their thick film ink literature.

One caution: Dupont is not a cheap company and the alloy constituents are relatively exotic.
