I used a company out of Anaheim, CA called Thin Film Devices in relation
to
my work on ITO for flat panels displays.  The company's founder, Salim
(I
don't know his last name), came out of Sharp Research Labs (the flat
panel
people).  Salim knows his stuff!
I was very happy with them and very confident you can get excellent ITO
deposition from them (I think he's patented his improved process).  He
has
done work for all the major companies in ITO work.
