I used a company out of Anaheim, CA called Thin Film Devices in relation to
my work on ITO for flat panels displays.  The company's founder, Salim (I
don't know his last name), came out of Sharp in WA (the flat panel people).
I was very happy with them and very confident you can get excellent ITO
deposition from them (I think he's patented his improved process).
