Hey Cecilia!
Depending on the board population I do a cascade, agitated, soaks in
either isopropyl alcohol, Ionox BC, or PPG's Trans LC (Trans 1,2
Dichloroethylene) or use a spray Chemtronics Flux Off Rosin - didn't work
too well as a soak (visible residues), .
And then run the assembly through our in-line cleaner with 25%+
concentration Aquanox XJN.
Oh yeah, we use Kester 186 & 186-18 RMA Fluxes.
And as always the sooner you clean it the easier it gets.
