        You might want to look at the Through Hole Loupe Magnifier from
Start International at
http://www.startinternational.com/optical/opticalpdfs/21a_ZTZP.pdf. This
will allow you to see all inner details of a plated through hole for
drilling or plating imperfections, for under $100.

Does anyone know of an instrument to inspect PWB holes.  Now
I'm not talking fiber optics, we would not use that kind of
equipement so it would worth the expense.  Someone told me
of an hand held microscope that has a fisheye lens at one end.

Any of you would know of such thing???
