Hello Technetters:

Can anyone suggest soldermask type that may be bondable with Hysol FP1440
underfill epoxy and can withstand immersion gold process. We currently have
Taiyo PSR4000 mask which is glossy, and the Hysol epoxy doesn't stick to it
very well.
