        You might want to look at the Through Hole Loupe Magnifier from
Start International at
http://www.startinternational.com/optical/opticalpdfs/21a_ZTZP.pdf. This
will allow you to see all inner details of a plated through for drilling or
plating imperfections, for under $100.
