Alcon:  Last time I looked the conversion of 3.1XX mm was something like
0.12XX inch, not the 1.2X inch quoted before.  Not that 1.2 inches between
BGA and nearest component wouldn't be a dream to rework, but don't hold your
breath until you see that much unpopulated real estate.
