On FR-4, you are probably going to have so much difficulty under those conditions, that you will never do it effectively with a solvent. On a ceramic substrate,
you may have a slightly better chance. However, it is possible that I may have an answer for you which I'm researching at this moment for one of my US customers
who has a similar problem. I'll know better in 4-6 weeks. The big problem is that your Swedish EPA may not like it, as they have virtually said one big nyet to
any solvent with just one halogen atom per molecule. This means you must use a flammable or combustible solvents and, apart from the hazard, there are
compatibility difficulties. I presume, in your subject title the word "solvent" does not include the most universal of all solvents, water?
