Problem, of course, is, who is the judge of who pays, how much, and how do
you enforce payment?

And where are the rules posted for newbies?  (or for us oldies, who tend to
push the edges...:-)

And lastly, everytime a consultant, or even a vendor, opens his mouth
(figuratively) he is involved in self-promotion, yet, within these ranks are
some of the most valuable contributors...we have an almost impossible to
answer situation.

Further, when some self-promoting individual makes an ass of himself, what
further "penalty" would you want than his loss of image among, argueably, the
most influential people in the industry???
