Agree with Charlie , deployment of leveled surface grinder and photo slice
files of decent resolutions is a job for quiet achievers .
Charlie could you add me on list as well , and if you can resolve down to
ESD damage on IC's please .

Otherwise, Bill (no music relations?), if you have the time and money ;
digital (z axis records) surface grinder and 1200+ dpi camera hooked via
spreadsheets on one slide will do you,
(presume you can read components, if ID's are wiped off ; it's that much
harder and slower .

If we have here some ESD damage specialists (delayed factors experienced
especially) , would appreciate the hoy please .

thanks a lot Paul Klasek

Subject: [TN] reverse engineering

I have a part that my customer wants to manufacture a pcb, and a pcb is all
that they have no data no other info at all, this company just purchased a
littler company and the people that were involved with this certain project
are no where to be found not to mention that it is in a different country.
What my question is can a finished product like this be reverse engineered
so that they can produce the proper data and whatever else is needed to mass
produce them? It is a pcmcia (4 layer) they have about a dozen of them. Any
help would be greatly appreciated.
