I am looking to convert a fair number of plastic based SMT component feeders over to paper based feeders. The machines I use these on are the Fuji CP 43 and the Fuji QP242. What I would like to know is:

1) Can feeders be "converted" form plastic to paper in a cost effective manner? If so, please give details.

2) Does anyone know of a source for "gently used" feeders?

Thanks,

Lang
