We're a big fan of Air-Vac for BGA rework, have 3 of
their systems going 2 shifts.  But, we use Electrovert
solder fountain rework systems for through hole
rework.  They're work horses, even though we've burned
through 7 or 8 over the past 10 years.  You can get a

We're especially cautious when using the blow out
