Vishy,

I would suggest ProModel (www.promodel.com, I think).  I have used their
software and it can peform the evaluations that you are looking for.  You
should be able to create a model of the SMT process (I had created a very
simple version awhile ago).  One of their example models is of a wafer fab
process, for example.

By the way, a couple of years ago I was in a training class for this product
with a couple of Motorola people from some corporate simulation group in
Schaumburg.  You may want to track them down as they would be experienced in
creating/analyzing simulations and using this and other software.
