The entire IPC-TM-650 and all of its methods is on the IPC web page. Go to
On-Line Resources and Data-bases, and  then into IPC documents available for
download. The test methods manual is listed and you can click on the
applicable section of the manual, and then on the test method itself. This
is about as current as you can get.
