        You might want to check out Preleg wire at
http://hometown.aol.com/preleginc/page/index.htm. It is a proprietary system
that actually coats the mod wire in various types of hot melt adhesive that
can be activated using a small hand iron. I have used it previously with
some success, and believe that they have developed some better adhesive
formulations since then.

Dear TechNetters!
Please help with safety regulations and materials for jumper wire staking.
We encounter the following problems with our current cyanoacrylate:
- workers complain about vapor inhalation although they work with exhaust
units;
- the strength of the adhesive is very low after wave soldering - we glue
the jumpers before wave soldering , on C.S.
- please reccommend materials used successfully and which method is the
least harmful.
