you can have your BGA solder contacts checked at Fraunhofer ISIT in Itzehoe,
located 50km northwest from Hamburg, maybe three to four car hours away from
your company. We provide the service at moment on an offline 3-d-visualizer
microfocus x-ray from feinfocus, but soon will convert to a full scale
in-line machine built by Grohmann Technologies. Please get in touch with me

starting from silicon via packaging all the way to the good old PCB. You can
