Scoring and jump-scoring where possible is preferred except for special
contour shaped boards such as round or arcs.

We prefer our tabs break very similar to balsa wood as far as breaking
force as we do not normally use a punch to remove the connected tabs
although we have in a few cases.  It makes tooling an issue when changes
come along.

Our tabs have anywhere from one to five holes located inboard to eliminate
protrusions.

I'd like to see a summary of the responses you get back if possible as well
as your own likes and dislikes.
