Hi !
We are looking for a source which can accept our packing material ( PVC
tubings, Chip Trays, reels and spools , PCB waste rails from
depanalization).
Anybody, who is currently using a recycling manufacturer for these
packing wastes. Our intent is: To be environment friendly.

Ashok,
Here's a couple of places I've used before, go to:
http://www.semicycle.org/
http://www.eco-tech.com/
Both these companies have facilities in California (when I used them), not
sure if they will be able to help up in Canada, but maybe they know who you
can talk to. Semicycle takes the stuff off your hands for free, but EcoTech
will actually pay you for matrix trays...
