First I would like to thanks all that responded.
 
Just to give everybody more infos.
 
The board with the defective cap has only one cap of that value but many
(40) other capacitors of the same size (0805) and capacitors that are
adjacent to the defective one. 
 
We did some testing will all the reels we had in stock for that value and
could not find anything wrong with any of those.
 
Also after a while, the problem went away and we did do anything to solve it
.
So I really thinks it was a batch of defective capacitors.
