AS a lot of CAD packages use .PCB as the extension for their CAD files,
I'd suggest ringing your customer up
and asking them. That would be the quickest & simplest answer.
To name a few programs, Cadstar, EasyPC, Boardmaker these use .PCB as an
extension.
I think that even CAM350 uses it too.
If this is the case, there is a viewer (not so sure about being free)
available from www.ecam.com for this.
