Interesting thought. Even better: have a detector at the entrance of the workshop and a
photoelectric beam detector. If someone breaks the beam and the detector does not
operate, then the alarm goes off, warning that an illicitly-clad, potentially sparky,
person dares to enter!

I went to a client recently and was asked to put on a shoe strap, tucked in between my
shoe and sock. Now IF I'd been wearing nylon or polyester socks and IF my feet weren't
stinking sweaty (possibly impossible with nylon socks!), would I have been
antistaticised?
