More to the point, there is no generic spec for V-scoring.  That is because of the
plethora of array and board size possibilities.  One size don't fit all.  There are
some recommended web (residual) thickness recommendations available a the
Accusystemscorp.com site as mentioned... it is a simple cross grid chart  that takes
into consideration the array and individual board size.  With regard to de-paneling
equipment, while it certainly makes web thickness requirements a little less critical,
it is not the whole answer...there are just too many design and material contingencies.

If you are looking for some specific design recommendations the chart doesn't
