Hi Ralph
Yes, I have heard about the "Theory Of Constrains" (TOC) , and even
implement it in our company. If you want to learn about it, for a starter I
would recommend you reading the book named "The Goal", written by Dr. Eli
Goldratt, the "guru" of the TOC. I found it very useful.
