DDN's Davis ?
Sounds pretty good to me as it is ; can't chop much off .
Only thing is 99 % of infants you morde within first shift = 8 hours .
Therefore sheepishly simple algebrae would be tripling the volume on shift
pulls;
seems you have the volume to justify it .

Ryan just had a good notion on establishing process limits , give it a
thought
(not only with a stop watch; you'll open triple can of worms, but not that
daunting);
you could develop simple nonsynchronous flow .

Lemme know with specs if you'd feel like it
(the size and rotating space is usually the biggest hurdle, seen TV's on
meat hooks powered via copper rails,
merrily traveling under ceiling ALL day !)

You can do rotoflow or inout banks (batch) .

couple it with SPC, never know, one you could drop the soak and get a medal
.
At least my naive aspirations here .

Subject: [TN] PCBA Test Strategy

Hi, Dear Technetter,
  We now have 4 test process of X-ray, ICT,FT and final Aging of 24
hrs for our PCBA. Our product is communication equipment like
Switching,. However the above overlapped test strategy result in a long
test cycle time as a whole. We want to optimize the current test
strategy to reduce overall test cycle time for PCBA. Is any advice or
good suggestions for me? we are not clear what test strategy is
reasonable for PCBA. How is your test strategy?
Thanks in advance!
Regards
Davis
