Funny how it made full circle to back to me ;
as i've been officially notified on Phil's article by local ersa fellow
(little does he know) .

unfortunately i noted some pieces of technology are sooo startling that the
"conservative" powers are spooked by the unusually sharp cutting edge.
This is a surgeon tool,  and few pick it up without reservations .
Let's hope we'll realize being in new millenium
