Ralph,
The day after I was hired at Network Circuits, I was given a set of keys, a
desk, and 'The Goal'.
The President of this company is so confident in the principals outlined in
that book that it is required reading for all Management.
Constraints are topic of much discussion at management lunches here, the
ideas and principles in 'The Goal' do work!!!
