These are remnants from MIL-S-13949.  GF is equivalent to good old FR4.  I'd
forgotten what the difference between N and Y was.  Thanks, Charlie.  As for
references, page 19 of IPC 4101 has a list of the current designation as
well as old NEMA and Military designations, including GF.

Arlon has a little downloadable Windows help file for the IPC 4101
designations that I first learned about on Technet a few months ago.  I've
found it to be really helpful also.
