Following Graham Collins reply, I might only add that if you are trying to
compare the 2 systems, then you should be aware of the Equivalency Factor
that is/was used by the US Military for each piece of equipment.

I may be able to get you a copy of this info if you wish.

Additionally be aware that there are 2 types of Ionic (ROSE) testers.
Dynamic and Static types.

Essentially (lest SIRDoug or other eminences nail me to the TechNet Totem
Pole) The Dynamic tester cleans up the entire solution in the bath and then
measures the same total solution volume for resistivity changes.
The Static tester uses a pre-defined volume of solution which alone is
recirculated for resistivity changes / ionic measurements.

I am not sure whether the Zero-ION is Static or Dynamic. Certainly Trek
Industries make the ICOM5000 which is a Static Tester most others are
Dynamic.
