Hi Jorge and Richard,

I called Universal but not much luck...you see our machine is so old (over
15-years) that it's listed with Universal as unsupported equipment...bummer.
Our NETCO (North Eastern Tool Company) DIP inserter is in the same situation.
NETCO doesn't even deal in DIP inserters anymore...they're into BGA Rework
equipment. So it looks like we're up a creek without a boat...much less a
paddle.

Just thought that there maybe some ol' crusty codger out there that knows
this equipment that might wanna make a few bucks. Really looks like we should
just bite the bullet and buy some newer generation machines...some that's at
least supported anyway...
