Pete, the range is a bit tight on the top side, and if you call out a nominal on the
bottom than give me a plus and minus please.  200 micro inches plus or minus 100 micro
inches could be reasonable.  Its a bit of a rookie call out.  Everything depends on the
geometry and uniformity of the features.  Or, perhaps through experience the customer
has found this near actual thickness from previous vendors?  Its been my experience
that almost no one understands the nuances of the process, and specs for HASL ends up
being an exercise in rear end covering, in case of solderability problems, eh?
