Nice to see your wise finger again, Carey,
as for Barbara, I'm just curious about her mission, why on earth do you bother about the slight temperature difference of Copper's conductivity? Either you run many Mega Amps somewhere in a nuclear station or picoamperes through a micron-thin wire. I have been involved in military power supplies many a times, but never a word of trouble this way.

Note, the resistivity of semiconductors goes up exponentially with
temperature- a much stronger effect than metals.
