I recommend you to contact prof. Hasan Akay at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, Indiana University, Indianapolis. He and his comrades have done lots of jobs concerning your question. I have got several good reports from him, and I would be surprised if he doesn't have a pound or two of a suitable solder. By the way, I thought that creep resistance soldiers were not so popular (he-he).
Am not sure of his adress, but try <[log in to unmask]> or call Indiana 46202-5132. I also have a solder information somewhere for the autoindustri (subject requiring 20,000 tempcycles) but I can't find it at the moment.

(1)Does any one still supply Cd-Ag-Sn high creep resistance solder?
(2) If all the Cd got banned.  Any alternative solder for the high creep
resistance application?  Any published literature for the "new" solder
reliability (creep)?
