Your local university should have a set of books that will have charts of
the resistivity vs. temperature (i.e., don't waste your time on the CRC).
Try solid state physics books as well.  The resistivity of metals goes down
linearly with temperature.  Obviously, the current carrying capacity of
copper goes up as temperature goes down.  You need to focus on mechanical
stability/cracking at -10C.  Also, if temperature is an issue on
conductance, then you may need to calculate the effects of self-heating.

Note, the resistivity of semiconductors goes up exponentially with
temperature- a much stronger effect than metals.
